Special privileges for KTC credit card members who pay health insurance premiums such as My First Class Health Care @BDMS, My Medicare Plus, etc., for both the first year and renewal years through all sales channels with Allianz Ayudhya Life Assurance as follows:

Get credit cash back up to 5,000 Baht throughout the promotion period.
When paying insurance premiums every 20,000 Baht per sales slip, get cash back 200 Baht in to credit card account. Limit cash back up to 1,000 Baht per month / credit card account and up to 5,000 Baht throughout the promotion / credit card account.

• For insurance premium more than 100,000 Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 1,000 Baht.
• For insurance premium 80,000 – 99,999 Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 800 Baht.
• For insurance premium 60,000 – 79,999 Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 600 Baht.
• For insurance premium 40,000 – 59,999Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 400 Baht.
• For insurance premium 20,000 – 39,999 Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 200 Baht.

Note: Card members who register for this promotion will not receive KTC FOREVER points or KTC ROP points from the premium payment calculated in order to give a cash back under this program.

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who buy life insurance of Allianz Ayudhya Life Assurance Public Company Limited or AZAY and paying life insurance premiums with a KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) during 1 December 2019 - 30 April 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE,KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
When members buy and pay life insurance premiums with AZAY, both first and renewal insurance, will receive a 200 Baht cash rebate into the card account. When the total insurance premium amount is 20,000 Baht per sales slip, members will receive credit money. Return by this program Up to 1,000 Baht per month per card account And not more than 5,000 Baht throughout the program period per card account.
The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type AZY, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th./azay In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
KTC reserves the right to exclude spending from all types of Unit Linked insurance premiums, automatic deduction of premiums paid via KTC credit cards, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.
KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month that members make insurance premium payment transactions and according to this program conditions.
KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
The conditions for warranty and coverage are determined by AZAY.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
