Get 2 privileges when pay health insurance premium of “My Health Plus Ultra” with KTC credit card

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who buy insurance of Allianz Ayudhya Life Assurance Public Company Limited and Allianz Ayudhya General Insurance Public Company Limited or AZAY and paying every type of insurance premiums with a KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) during 1 January 2021 – 30 June 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The spending in this promotion is eligible for the first-year and renewal year insurance premium payment only. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending from all types of Unit Linked insurance premiums, automatic deduction of premiums paid via KTC credit cards, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
3. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day.
4. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month that members make insurance premium payment transactions and according to this program conditions.
5. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
6. The conditions for warranty and coverage are determined by AZAY.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
8. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
9. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.

Credit Cashback up to 30,000 Baht throughout promotion period terms and conditions

1. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD cash card.
2. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type AZY, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th./azay In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
3. When members buy and pay life insurance premiums with AZAY, both first and renewal insurance, get cash back in to credit card account. Limit cash back up to 5,000 Baht per month per credit card account and up to 30,000 Baht throughout the promotion / credit card account.
   • For insurance premium more than 500,000 Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 5,000 Baht.
   • For insurance premium 100,000 – 499,999 Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 1,000 Baht.
   • For insurance premium 80,000 – 99,999 Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 800 Baht.
   • For insurance premium 60,000 – 79,999 Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 600 Baht.
   • For insurance premium 40,000 – 59,999Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 400 Baht.
   • For insurance premium 20,000 – 39,999 Baht/sales slip, get credit cash back 200 Baht.
4. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.

Get credit cashback 130 Baht or 13% when redeem KTC FOREVER every 1,000 points

2. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type AZ1, space following by 16-digit credit card number and follow by # and point amount to redeem send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th./azay In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
3. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the highest successful registration made only. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
4. The cardmembers who pay life insurance premiums with AZAY, both first-year and renewal year, with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem every 1,000 KTC Points to receive 130 Baht or 13% credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only. The point redemption is limit not over the premium per sales slip.
5. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of 1 policy per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
6. KTC reserves the right to give a credit cash back by redeeming KTC FOREVER points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC FOREVER points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
