Exchange currency with KTC credit cards at 60 Krung Thai Bank branches in Bangkok and 16 branches in provincial areas

- Cash withdrawal service using KTC credit cards for foreign currency exchange with Krung Thai Bank uses banknote exchange rates as announced by Krung Thai Bank at the time of the transaction only.
- There is a required minimum spending balance of 3,000.- Baht and a maximum balance of 500,000.- Baht for foreign currency exchange with KTC credit cards per transaction.
- No cash withdrawal fees and interest-free up to 45 days.
- KTC reserves the right to exempt the granting of points of all types for foreign currency exchange with KTC credit cards and to not credit cash backs under this transaction to KTC credit card members.
- KTC reserves the right to not include KTC CASHBACK credit cardmembers, KTC SENIOR credit cardmembers, KTC - Thai Red Cross National Blood Centre credit cardmembers, all KTC UNIONPAY credit card types, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit cardmembers, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING credit cardmembers, KTC Government cardmembers and all types of KTC PROUD Revolving Loan cardmembers in this promotion.
- KTC cardmembers must pay his/her foreign currency exchange with KTC credit card transaction balance in full according to his/her KTC credit card statement. KTC cardmembers cannot pay the minimum and cannot pay in installments with KTC cards via KTC Phone/KTC Online/KTC Mobile.
- Service is only available at 60 branches as specified by the bank.
- Customers can call to inquire about stockpile of money at branches and pre-order foreign currency 3 working days in advance in Bangkok and Bangkok Metropolitan Area, and 7 working days in advance in provincial areas.
- Terms and conditions are as specified by the bank. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
