2. Limit for Visa cardholders who are 15-80 years old and for eligible Visa cards that are issued in Thailand.
3. The company reserves the right to issue a travel insurance policy to a Thai citizen, or a foreigner with a proof of permanent resident in Thailand, or with a proof of physical address in Thailand.
4. Chubb travel insurance will exclude the list of country destinations and individual travelers under the Trade Sanction list according to the United Nations Security Council. 5. Visa Cardholder can request Chubb travel insurance one time per month and per ID card/passport. The limit will be counted by the start date of travel insurance policy initiated to cardholder.
6. Registration is limit to 4,500 usages per month.
7. To be eligible for the next redemption, Visa Cardholders must have an accumulated spending overseas on the activated card during the travel period at least: Visa Classic, Gold 10,000 THB and Visa Platinum, Signature, Infinite 20,000 THB
8. Siam Brokerage and Marketing Company Limited and Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited ("The company") reserve the right to disqualify the travel insurance offer to cardholder who redeems but did not meet the card spending requirements.
9. Card name and ID card/Passport (Name, Sumame) must be the same person.
10. After the travel insurance policy is issued, cardholder cannot adjust the travel date or cancel the policy.
11. This promotion is created by Siam Brokerage and Marketing Company Limited. Cardholder is encouraged to understand detailed coverage and conditions before applying for the travel insurance policy.
12. The company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to cardholders.
13. The company reserves the right to change, add, suspend, cancel, remove, or otherwise modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the company shall be final.
