GEN Health Lump Sum Plus

1. Reserves the right to receive the maximum cashback of 4,500 THB (“this promotion”) for the purchase of insurance policy with Generali Thailand via online channel and pay insurance premiums (First Year Premium and Monthly Payment mode only) in full payment via KTC credit cards during 1 August 2023 – 31 December 2023 (“promotion period”) only.
2. The privileges under this promotion are offered to KTC credit cardmembers except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES CARD, and KTC PROUD CASH CARD
3. Card Members, who would like to join this cashback campaign, must register via designated online channel or type KGT (space) 16-digit card numbers, and send SMS to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/SMS). Card members must register before and/or within the transaction month and get a registration confirmation from KTC.  Register only once and get the privilege throughout the program.
4. In case card members hold more than one KTC card under the same name, KTC will consider the spending amount separately by each card and calculate only the spending amount via the registered card only. If card members cancel the registered card, KTC will consider as a waiver of the privilege.
5. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive maximum cash back of 4,500 THB, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount per sales slip from the first successful registration date until the end of that month. The calculation will be processed monthly until the end of the promotion period.
6. Card members who register for this campaign will receive KTC FOREVER from the payment as usual.
7. KTC reserves this right for the full payment of insurance premium only. KTC reserves the right to not calculate the spending from the installment, spending for Unit-Linked premium, interests, other fees from the cancelation, and refund cashback.
8. The calculation of cashback from the spending will be processed monthly and will be collected from the registered amount only.
9. KTC will credit a cash back into the card members’ credit card account within 90 days after the end of the transaction month.
10. This privilege cannot be redeemed, exchanged, and/or turned for cash and not transferable to another person.
11. The underwriting and protection conditions are up to Generali Thailand’s policy.
12. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purposes, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
13. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only card members with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the card members, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
