Terms and Conditions

This promotion is invented by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to give privilege to cardmembers of KTC PROUD Revolving Loan who use service of ClickKTC via www.ktc.co.th/online or KTC Mobile Application during 1 February 2019 – 31 May 2019 as conditions defined by KTC only. It excludes cardmembers of Kluay Kluay by KTC PROUD.
Cardmembers who participate in this promotion can win the prize as follows:
- For cardmembers who have never registered in the system of KTC Online or KTC Mobile Application, when you register, you will get 1 more chance and with each Cash Withdrawal Online at THB.10,000 up and continuous outstanding of 10 days up in that month, you will get 3 more chances (limit maximum 12 chances/1 cardmember/through promotion period) and with each Cash Installment at THB.10,000 up, you will get 5 more chances (limit maximum 20 chances/1 cardmember/through promotion period)
- For cardmembers who have registered in the system of KTC Online or KTC Mobile Application,
  
  - With each Cash Withdrawal Online at THB.10,000 up and continuous outstanding of 10 days up in that month, you will get 3 more chances (limit maximum 12 chances/1 cardmember/through promotion period).
  - With each Cash Installment at THB.10,000 up, you will get 5 more chances (limit maximum 20 chances/1 cardmember/through promotion period).
The prize is a smart phone of iPhone Xs 64 GB of THB.39,900 value, 4 prizes altogether of THB.159,600. It excludes delivery fare, tax, and relating expense.
KTC will calculate number of total chances of each cardmember to win the prize from the registration in ClickKTC or KTC Mobile Application and Log in to the system of Cash withdrawal Online in ClickKTC or KTC Mobile Application as conditions defined when the promotion period ends.
When the promotion period ends, KTC will type name, surname, and number of KTC PROUD Revolving Loan card of the cardmembers who have chances to win the prize in coupon according to number of chances, being 1 coupon/1 chance, and put all the coupons together for the prize drawing date on 20 June 2019 from 2 P.M. onwards at KTC TOUCH Central Changwattana, 99 Moo 2, Changwattana Road, Tumbon Bang Talaad, Pakkred District, Nonthaburi Province 11120 according the permission Pakkred District Office, Nonthaburi Province.
We reserve the right to prize draw for 10 reserved lucky cardmembers. If the first reserved cardmember lacks qualification defined or waive, KTC will give the prize to second reserved one and on. If at the end, all of them lack qualification defined or waive, KTC will cancel the prize without notice in advance
KTC will announce list of lucky cardmembers via www.ktc.co.th on 28 June 2019 and will contact them to inform on procedure and conditions to pick up the prize via mail address given in KTC database within 30 days from the announcement date. The lucky cardmembers must contact KTC within period of time defined by KTC only, or else KTC will consider they waive the right.
If any lucky cardmember wins more than 1 prize, KTC reserves the right to give only 1 prize/1 cardmember/through promotion period only.
KTC reserves the right to screen cardmembers who pass the conditions to win the prize with KTC database as final.
The lucky cardmembers who win any prize of value THB.1,000 up must pay 5% withholding tax according to The Revenue Department Order and any relating expense (if any), if they do not pay within given period defined, we consider they waive the right.
The company reserves the right to give the mentioned prize to lucky cardmembers with same and accurate names and surnames on their I.D. card as the ones stated on KTC PROUD Revolving Loan card only
KTC will give the mentioned prize to the lucky cardmember within 60 days from the announcement date by registered mail delivery according to the address given in KTC database of KTC PROUD Revolving Loan card statement delivery. KTC will stick to the signature of receiving person, disregarding it is the lucky cardmember himself or not.
If KTC can not contact lucky cardmember or reserved lucky cardmember via email address or telephone number given in KTC database, KTC will consider the lucky cardmember or reserved lucky cardmember waive the prize.
The cardmembers who participate in this promotion automatically agree to join public relations activities and allow photo shooting and use of name and surname for publicity in newspapers and other media. The pictures of lucky cardmembers belong to KTC.
All employees and financial product advisors of KTC, and those who relate to this promotion activities are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
The prize according to this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed into cash, or transferred to others.
We reserve the right to give the mentioned prize to only cardmembers with normal account status and no record of overdue payment through the period of promotion until the date KTC gives the prize, by using KTC database as final.
We reserve the right to give, cancel, or revoke the prize according to this promotion, be it some or all. We can claim damage fee (if any) if we find any acquisition by fraud or misbehave to get into participation in this promotion, or misbehave in revolving loan acquisition. This is the judgement and absolute right of the company of which leads to no approval or ask for more information from the cardmembers.
KTC is neither distributor nor service provider and is not responsible for the products/services/prizes. If there is any doubtful point or complaint about the products/services/prizes, the cardmember can directly contact the dealer and/or the products/services owner.
We reserve the right to change or cancel detail, condition, rule, and/or any privilege in this promotion (including changing gift to equivalent value) without notice in advance.
If there is a dispute, KTC’s decision is final.
