Terms and Conditions for Installment Payment with KTC Card

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 27 September 2024 – 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.

Terms and Conditions for Cash Back

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores in Samsung Galaxy S24 FE for installment payment with KTC cards during 27 September 2024 – 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
KTC will determine card spending amount only from installment payment for Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. With this respect, Cardmembers will get cash back credited to their card account for 2% from amount of installment paymet
If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month the calculation of spending will start from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of promotion period/ the end of the month (as the case may be).

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 27 September 2024 – 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cashback under this promotion are required

AIS shop : make a redemption at point of purchase in order to eligible participate in this promotion
Telewiz : register by sending a SMS, text TEL, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number following by # and point amount to redeem to 0613845000. In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.

KTC reserves the right to offer a credit cash back redemption for cardmembers who join installment plan with specific product code for Samsung Galaxy Z Series assigned by KTC at participated merchants only.
Cardmembers who spend on card, will be eligible to redeem minimum 1,000 KTC Points and for cash back and the maximum points to redeem would not more than the payment per sales slip to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
KTC will credit a credit cashback into the cardmember’s credit card account

AIS shop : within 1 days after the day that make a redemption for offline channel.
Telewiz : within 60 days after the end of month that card transaction has been made

Privileges under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
