GrabFood Promotion: Get 100 THB food discount with KTC JCB credit card

Terms and conditions of new user

1. Receive THB 100 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 300 for JCB new users who've never used GrabFood service before.
2. Consumers must fill JCBNEW100 in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using JCB Credit Cards issued in Thailand for the first time before placing the food order.
3. The promotion code is valid from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 1 redemption per account per campaign period.
5. Limited to 500 redemptions per campaign period.
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
9. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
10. Grab and bank reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and bank’s decision shall be deemed final.

Terms and conditions for existing

1. Exclusive for JCB credit cards issued in Thailand.
2. Get 100 THB GrabFood discount (excluding delivery fee) with minimum order of 500 THB. 
3. User must fill in JCBGRAB100 in promo code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using JCB credit card before booking a service.
4. Offer is applicable for GrabFood service and Grab’s Partner restaurants only.
5. Promotion is valid on Saturday and Sunday from 00:00 AM to 23:59 PM from 1 April 2025 – 30 September 2025.
6. Limit 1 redemption / account / month.
7. Limit 200 redemptions per day or 10,400 redemptions throughout the promotion period with first comes, first served basis.  
8. Offer cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions.
9. Users are responsible for extra charges that may occur after discount reduction and promo code cannot be used in future usage or exchanged for cash.
10. Grab reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification as well as the right to arbitrate any controversy that may occur as a result of this activity.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
