Promotion at Grab - NEW USERS with KTC credit cards

Terms and Conditions for On Top Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD /UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at Grab application during 15 Nov 24 - 15 Feb 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who spend on card at Grab application will get the following discount;

Terms and conditions of KTCNEW100 for New user of KTC Credit Cards

1. Receive THB 80 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 200 for KTC new users who've never used GrabFood service before.
2. Consumers must fill KTCNEW100 in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC Credit Cards or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY / MASTERCARD cash cards for the first time before placing the food order.
3. The promotion code is valid from 15 November 2024 to 15 February 2025 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month.
5. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
6. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
7. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
8. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
9. Grab and bank reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and bank’s decision shall be deemed final.

Terms and conditions of KTCNEW40 for New user of KTC Credit Cards

1. Receive THB 40 discount (delivery fee excluded) with no minimum spend for KTC new users who've never used GrabTransport service before.
2. Consumers must fill KTCNEW40 in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC Credit Cards or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY / MASTERCARD cash cards for the first time before placing the food order.
3. The promotion code is valid from 15 November 2024 to 15 February 2025 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 2 redemption per consumer.
5. The promotion is applicable to ride hailing service on Grab platform and applicable with JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Plus (In Phuket, Krabi and Samui service area), GrabSUV, GrabVan (inapplicable for advance booking).
6. Promotion applies to Grab Transport within the service area in Thailand only.
7. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
8. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the user agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride.
9. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
