Special privilege for KTC JCB cardmembers at AIA

1. Special privileges will be given to AIA customers paying full payment of AIA insurance for the first year and the renewal year by JCB credit card issued by a Thai financial institution. 
2. Upon payment of AIA policy up to 50,000 baht or higher per sales slip during the first or any renewed year of an insurance policy, a cash back credit of 500 baht will be given.
3. Promotion period start from September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
4. The Company reserves the right to give a cash back credit value 500 baht to only 3,500 eligible customers (worth 1,750,000 baht in total) throughout the Promotion Period. The cashback promotion will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. The promotion campaign will end immediately after reaching said eligible customer number.    
5. Only 1 right per 1 individual credit card number will be eligible for a cash back credit per month.
6. This promotion will not apply to any payment of insurance policies under a unit linked insurance plan and any installment payment of the insurance policy.    
7. Cash back credits will be transferred into your account within 90 days after credit card payment conditions are satisfied. 
8. This promotion is non-assignable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable. 
9. All participants will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Promotion.  
10. The Company reserves the right to provide a cash back credit only to eligible members who maintain on-time payments until the date the cash back credit is refunded into their main accounts.
11. The Company reserves the right to remove any cash back credit from customer’s credit card if it is found later that the card member cancels any transaction under this promotion plan.  
12. The Company reserves the right to regard any information it has collected as true and correct. Card holders should keep the evidence of their participation in this program and sales slip as proofs of their participation.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
