Special privilege for KTC JCB cardmembers at Krungthai-AXA

1. Special privileges will be given to Krungthai-AXA customers paying full payment of AIA insurance for the first year and the renewal year by JCB credit card issued by a Thai financial institution.
2. Upon payment of Krungthai-AXA policy up to 20,000 baht or higher per sales slip during the first or any renewal year of an insurance policy, E-voucher of Lazada value 200 baht will be given.
3. Promotion period start from October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
4. The Company reserves the right to give a Lazada E-Voucher value 200 baht to only 5,000 eligible customers (worth 1,000,000 baht in total) throughout the Promotion Period. The Lazada E-Voucher will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. The promotion campaign will end immediately after reaching said eligible customer number. 
5. Only 1 right per 1 insurance policy. 
6. This promotion will not apply to any payment of insurance policies under a unit linked insurance plan and any installment payment of the insurance policy.
7. Lazada E-Voucher will be sent through SMS that has been given to Krungthai-AXA within 90 days after credit card payment conditions are satisfied. Lazada E-Voucher must be used with JCB credit card issued by a Thai financial institution.
8. This promotion is non-assignable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable.
9. All participants will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
10. The Company reserves the right to regard any information it has collected as true and correct. Card holders should keep the evidence of their participation in this program and sales slip as proofs of their participation.

Lazada E-Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Customer must enter voucher code into voucher code field. Voucher must be used with JCB credit card issued by a Thai financial institution.
2. Customer must register and log into Lazada account before using discount voucher.
3. Discount can be used 1 time per 1 order purchase.
4. Customer can combine items from multiple stores, however, total purchase amount must be equal to or over required minimum spending after deducting other discounts and shipping fees and must pay in full amount only.
5. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with other Lazada discount and is not eligible for excluded items.
6. Discount cannot be used with 1.) Mobile Top-ups 2.) Gold 3.) Baby Milk Formula 1&2 4.) Digital coupon 5.)Bills payment.
7. In case of cancellation or return due to ‘Change of Mind’, the discount code cannot be reissued.
