This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at www.central.co.th during 15 Mar 2019 – 30 June 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. 2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promo-tion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTER-CARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
Cardmembers who wish to get the privilege of Points for Cash Back redemption according to this pro-motion must register to participate the promotion via www.ktc.co.th/shoponline within the month of their online spending or according to other conditions defined and receive a reply message of successful reg-istration from KTC.
Cardmembers who have spending with KTC CREDIT CARDS on online products/services via every website worldwide will get privilege as follows:
(1) Privilege to redeem KTC FOREVER REWARDS points equal to spending on online products/services (every currency) for 10% Cash Back of spending/purchase order by confirming the privilege via www.ktc.co.th/shoponline stating KTC CREDIT CARD number, email address, the spending/purchase order wished to redeem in full number with no decimal (if any, please round it off), and the website name or mobile application. For online Installment payment with KTC card, cardmembers must state the spending in full amount before installment in order to redeem Points for Cash Back into their KTC CREDIT CARD account with rate of 10% of spending on products/services/purchase order for spending with KTC CREDIT CARDS on online products/services via every website worldwide
(2) And get addition X5 KTC FOREVER points (from 1 normal KTC FOREVER point and 4 special KTC FORVER points calculated after Cash Back deduction) if the spending with KTC CREDIT CARDS on online products/services via website according to 3 (1) or 3 (2) is with the participating and allied websites. KTC reserves the right to give X5 KTC FOREVER points according to this promotion to only cardmembers who redeem Points for Cash Back or Points for 10% Discount according to this promotion only.
KTC will calculate Cash Back and special KTC FOREVER points according to this promotion by calen-dar month starting from date of successful registration and will transfer the Cash Back and special KTC FOREVER points into KTC CREDIT CARD account of cardmembers after 60 days from last date of each calendar month.
To give privilege according to this promotion, we reserve the right not to take any spending on cash advance, interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any fee, refund from products/services cancellation, or re-fund of any kind.
We reserve the right to redeem Points for Cash Back and/or Discount according to this promotion for cardmembers with available KTC FOREVER points in their credit card account enough for redemption ac-cording to conditions defined in this promotion only.
The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is can-celled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing rec-ord.
KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileg-es of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
