Terms and Conditions for receiving discount
First Privilege Details: Discount coupon THB500
1. Customer must register for joining the campaign after making purchase at http://bit.ly/JDCMC10
2. JD CENTRAL reserves the right to send the coupon to registered customers that reached minimum purchase of 2,500 baht/order (after deducted any other discounts) during 1 Dec 20 – 31 Dec 20
3. THB500 coupon will be sent to your JD CENTRAL account by 18 Jan 21.
4. The THB500 discount coupon can be use only if the minimum purchase reached 2,000/order.
5. Limit 1 coupon quota/Mastercard number/JD user.
6. Coupon valid only 1 time and cannot be reused. They are non-refundable nor convertible into cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
7. Limit first 500 coupon quotas throughout campaign period.
8. The coupon valid on JD CENTRAL Application only.
9. In case of an order cancellation, your coupon cannot be re-issued.

Second Privilege Details: Discount 5%
1. Customer will receive a 6% on-top discount when purchase with minimum spending 5,500 baht on eligible items. A maximum discount limits at 500 baht per order
2. On-top 6% discount is calculated from the full purchase price of qualified items after discounts from the use of JD CENTRAL coupons, JD POINTS and others (if any). The 6% discount is only applied for eligible items. Those that do not participate in the campaign must not be included in your orders, or the 6% discount will not be applied.

3. Limit to 1 privilege/JD CENTRAL account/credit card number/month. JD CENTRAL reserves the right to cancel or hold discount offers against any fraudulent attempts, including duplicating user accounts and using the same credit card number to sign up for discounts repeatedly.
4. The 6% discount will be applied after you entered your Mastercard information during the payment process and selected Mastercard promotion. The discount is calculated from the full purchase price of qualified items, and you will be informed of a net price before payment.
5. Limit to 2,000 privileges throughout the campaign.
6. In the case of any product returns or refunds, which cause the purchase price to be lower than the minimum value specified under these terms and conditions, JD CENTRAL reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the discount offer.
7. In case of customer cancel payment or payment fail after the discount was applied, it cannot be re-issued or reused.
8. JD CENTRAL is highly dependent on data in our system. Please keep transaction details and sales slips as evidence for further verification.

General Conditions for Promotion
1. Save your Mastercard information online to make your next shopping experience easier.
2. Discounts cannot be transferred/changed/exchanged for cash.
3. In case of any order cancellation which decreases an initial cumulative purchase amount, JD CENTRAL reserves the right to cancel a coupon entitlement at our discretion without prior notice.
4. The above terms and conditions are supplemental to the JD CENTRAL standard terms and conditions. By joining the campaign, you accept and agree to our terms and conditions.
5. Discount coupon terms and conditions apply. JD CENTRAL reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms and conditions herein are subject to revision by JD CENTRAL at any time without prior notice. The revision as such shall not cause any existing statement being a false statement.
6. You agree that JD CENTRAL reserves the right of final decision in the event of any disputes and assume no liability for damages costing more than the coupon value offered under this campaign.
7. If any misconduct is found in the campaign, JD CENTRAL reserves the right to take necessary legal action and partially or entirely cancel discount offers.
8. You acknowledge, accept and consent to JD CENTRAL and the bank to collect, use and distribute registered personal information for the purpose of receiving discounts and coupons, business analyses and marketing communication.

General Terms and Conditions
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
