Shop online with LAZADA 12.12 with KTC MASTERCARD credit card and KTC PROUD cash card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Lazada on December 9th, 2024 starts 20:00 HRS – December 14th, 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only. 
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC Government 
3. The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via Lazada App, cardmembers will get the following discounts:
   For KTC MASTERCARD and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD cash card
   • Get discount 500 Baht when spend at a minimum of 3,299 Baht / transaction.
   For participating KTC credit cards and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY
   • Get discount 300 Baht when spend at a minimum of 1,799 Baht / transaction.
   • Get discount 150 Baht when spend at a minimum of 999 Baht / transaction.
4. KTC Cardmembers must collect voucher codes on Lazada App and choose participating KTC Cards as a payment method prior to checkout.
5. Total payment must be greater than or equal to the spending amount before deducting all discounts and exclusive of shipping fees with full payment only.
6. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
7. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code usage / 1 card number / code for discount 500 Baht and 300 Baht.
8. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 2 discount code usage / 1 card number for discount 150 Baht.
9. This promotion cannot be used for Corporate purchased and  Market Place.
10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and cannot be used with government regulated items.
11. Lazada reserves the right to cancel an order without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, Lazada’s decision is deemed final.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
