Special privilege for KTC JCB ULTIMATE Credit Card

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to customers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who apply the new primary KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit (“the card”) and get card approval within June 30th ,2024 according to specified conditions during March 1st ,2024 – May 31st  ,2024 (“promotion period”)
2. KTC reserves the right to grant privileges according to this program to applicants who have the following qualifications:
   2.1 Applicants who have never been a primary KTC credit card member.
   2.2 Applicants who used to be KTC primary credit card members but cancelled KTC primary credit cards for more than 24 months.
   2.3 Applicants who have supplementary KTC credit cards.
   2.4 Applicants who have KTC PROUD cash card/all personal loan products.
   2.5 Applicants who are a current KTC credit card member but have never been member of any type of KTC JCB credit card or have been member of any type of KTC JCB credit card but the said card has been canceled for more than 24 months.
   2.6 Applicants who are current KTC JCB PLATINUM credit card members and cancel KTC JCB PLATINUM credit cards before applying for KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit cards.
3. When the cardmembers spent over 3 transactions within 30 days from the approval date, they will receive Lazada Discount code total valued of 500 baht to purchase participating products with www.lazada.co.th OR LAZADA Mobile application “Platform” with the minimum purchase of 1,500 baht before deducting all discounts and exclusive of delivery fee.
4. KTC reserves the right to give “Discount code” under this promotion only 1 cardmember per 1 right throughout the promotion period.
5. Discount code shall be expired within 60 days from receiving date from KTC Mobile App.
6. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash withdrawal, purchase of all types of funds, payment of unit linked insurance premium, installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all for the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
7. KTC will give the privilege to the cardmember within 60 days after the end of the approval month.
8. Discount code value 600 Baht can be applied with only participant products in the same cart. The discount amount will show on payment page after customer select to pay. The customers must pay with KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit card only.
   *Note : Non-participating items/product categories such as milk powder, alcoholic beverages, infant and follow-up formula of baby milk powder, mobile phones & tablets, pre-sale items, gift cards, gift vouchers, mobile top up and bill payment. 
9. KTC Mobile Application must be downloaded to receive Lazada discount code.
10. LAZADA reserves the right to amend promotion terms and conditions without prior notice. You agree that any amendments to the terms and conditions do not falsify the original terms and conditions, and accept that they are new terms and conditions in place of the original ones.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
