1.    This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during September 1st, 2019 – November 30th, 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2.    The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via peakdeal.com, cardmembers will get 100 Baht discount when spend a minimum spending of 500 Baht / transaction from regular price of products/services. Fill in promo code “KTCPD” 
3.    Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4.    KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. 
5.    The cardmembers are required to sign up for www.peakdealo.com membership before applying the discount.

7.    The discount cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1.    The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

3.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
