- This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER REWARDS points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) online at www.robinson.co.th during 1 April 2019 – 30 June 2019 (“promotion period”) only. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, all types of KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD.
- The cardmembers who want to redeem KTC FOREVER points for cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration at www.ktc.co.th/shoponline within the month of online spending or according to any other specified conditions. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
- The cardmembers who spend with card to purchase goods/services online at any website worldwide will br provided with following privileges:
(1) Privilege to redeem KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) equal to online spending amount for goods/services (every money currency) for 10% cash back of the spending for goods/services per purchase order. In this regards, the cardmembers have to confirm the privilege to redeem KTC Points for cash back at www.ktc.co.th/centralonline by stating KTC credit card number, email address, the online spending amount per purchase order that the cardmembers wish to redeem for cash back in full amount without decimal (in the case that the spending amount has decimal, please round it off.). The cardmem-bers also have to state the name of website or mobile application used for the online spending and in the case they enjoy installment payment with KTC, they have to state the spending in full amount before monthly installment in order to convert KTC FOREVER points to cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account with 10% of the spending on goods/services per purchase order for online purchase of goods/services via every website worldwide.
(2) privilege to get additional KTC FOREVER points X 5 ( 1 normal KTC FOREVER point + 4 special KTC FOREVER points calculated after cash back deduction) if the spending amount with KTC credit cards to purchase goods/services online via the website according to the above 3 (1) or 3 (2) is the spending amount at the participating allied websites. KTC reserves the right to offer the KTC FOREVER points X 5 under this promotion only for the cardmembers who redeem KTC Points for cash back or 10% discount under this promotion only. - For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back and special KTC FOREVER points, KTC will calculate based on the calendar monthly spending amount from the first successful registration day onwards and will credit a credit cash back and transfer the special KTC REWARDS points into credit card account after 60 days from the last day of each calendar month.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance interest, fine, fee, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase, refund from Tax Refund, and any refund at all from the privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- KTC reserves the right to give cash back and/or discount with point redemption under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC FOREVER Points remaining in their credit card account enough in order to redeem for the cash back and/or discount redemption according to terms and conditions under this promotion only.
- The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
