Shopee 11.11 BIG SALE with KTC Credit Card

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Shopee on November 11^th, 2023 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via Shopee Mobile Application, cardmembers will get up to 1,000 Baht discount from regular price of products/services.
   For all types of KTC credit cards:
   • Discount of 1,000 Baht, fill in promo code “11SPKTCH” when spend at a minimum spending of 8,000 Baht / transaction.
   • Discount of 450 Baht, fill in promo code “11SPKTC” when spend at a minimum spending of 3,000 Baht / transaction.
   • Discount of 380 Baht, fill in promo code “11SPKTCL” when spend at a minimum spending of 1,699 Baht / transaction.
   For KTC MASTERCARD cards:
   • Discount of 650 Baht, fill in promo code “11SPKTCMCH” when spend at a minimum spending of 5,000 Baht / transaction.
   • Discount of 400 Baht, fill in promo code “11SPKTCMC” when spend at a minimum spending of 1,699 Baht / transaction.
   • Discount of 200 Baht, fill in promo code “11SPKTCMCL” when spend at a minimum spending of 1,299 Baht / transaction.
   Discount of 350 Baht, collect codes at Shopee App. For VISA credit cards when spend at a minimum spending of 1,699 Baht / transaction. 
   Discount of 550 Baht, collect codes at Shopee App. For UNIONPAY credit cards when spend at a minimum spending of 2,499 Baht / transaction. 

3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4. Exclude payment with KTC cards in Google Pay.
5. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code usage / 1 Shopee member / promo code.
6. Voucher code is not applicable for Tickets & Vouchers, Digital Gaming, Game Top Up, Top Up, Bill payment, baby milk powder/baby formulas 1,2, gold, and government regulated items including other products as per conditions at Shopee. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign.
7. This voucher is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service (Cannot be used with Seller Own Fleet, Bulky Delivery, Instant Delivery)
8. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount before discounts from Shopee coins and delivery fee.
9. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
