Online Promotion at Shopee 8.8 with KTC Credit Card

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Shopee on August 8th, 2023 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via Shopee Mobile Application, cardmembers will get up to 888 Baht discount from regular price of products/services.
   • Discount of 888 Baht, fill in promo code “88SPKTCMC” For KTC MASTERCARD cards when spend at a minimum spending of 8,000 Baht / transaction.
   • Discount of 600 Baht, fill in promo code “88SPKTCH” when spend at a minimum spending of 4,999 Baht / transaction.
   • Discount of 400 Baht, fill in promo code “88SPKTC” when spend at a minimum spending of 1,699 Baht / transaction.
   • Discount of 350 Baht, collect codes at Shopee App. For KTC VISA credit cards when spend at a minimum spending of 1,699 Baht / transaction.
   • Discount of 300 Baht, collect codes at Shopee App. For KTC UNIONPAY credit cards when spend at a minimum spending of 2,499 Baht / transaction.
3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code usage / 1 Shopee member / promo code
5. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
6. Voucher code is not applicable for Tickets & Vouchers, Digital Gaming, Game Top Up, baby milk powder/baby formulas 1,2, gold, and government regulated items including other products as per conditions at Shopee. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign.
7. This voucher is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service (Cannot be used with Seller Own Fleet and Bulky Delivery)
8. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount before discounts from Shopee coins and delivery fee.
9. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
