Promotion shop online at Shopee with KTC Credit Card

Conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) via KTC Mobile Application during July 1st, 2020 – December 31st, 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: *Except KTC UNIONPAY, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, KTC-SCG VISA and all types of KTC REVOLVING LOANS
3. The cardmembers may redeem at the following details for goods purchase at Shopee Mobile Application with specified conditions only. Redeem 800 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code valued 110 Baht. Minimum spending of 500 Baht / transaction
4. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
5. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional and discount cannot be used with shipping fee.
6. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. Voucher code is not applicable for Tickets & Vouchers, baby milk powder/baby formulas 1,2, mobile phones, and government regulated items. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign.
8. Limit the first 2,000 redemption / month.
9. Discount codes redeemed within July 2020 can be used until August 31st, 2020
   • Discount codes redeemed within August 2020 can be used until September 30th, 2020
   • Discount codes redeemed within September 2020 can be used until October 31st, 2020
   • Discount codes redeemed within Oct tober2020 can be used until November 30th, 2020
   • Discount codes redeemed within November 2020 can be used until December 31st, 2020
   • Discount codes redeemed within December 2020 can be used until January 31st, 2020
10. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.
11. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.
12. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.
13. KTC cardmembers are required to sign up for Shopee membership before applying the discount (Shopee Mobile Application is available for download at App Store or Google Play).

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
