Redeem points for Shopee code via KTC Mobile

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during March 1^st, 2024 – May 31^st, 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY.
3. The cardmembers may redeem at the following details for goods purchase at Shopee Mobile Application with specified conditions only. 
• Redeem 1,299 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code valued 150 Baht.
• Redeem 2,499 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code valued 300 Baht. 
• Redeem 11,999 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code valued 3,000 Baht. Minimum spending of 10,000 Baht / transaction. 
4. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only. Exclude payment with KTC cards in Google Pay.
5. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount before discounts from Shopee coins and delivery fee.
6. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. Applicable to all categories except Digital products, Ticket & Voucher, Baby powdered milk formula 1&2, Gold Bar, Gold Plate, Gold Rings, Gold Necklaces, Gold Earrings, Gold Bangles, Diamond Rings, Diamond Necklaces, Diamond Earrings, Diamond Bangles, and legally controlled goods.
8. This voucher is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service (Cannot be used with Seller Own Fleet, Bulky Delivery, Instant Delivery) 
9. Discount codes can be used until its validity (Check in KTC Mobile App). 
10. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.
11. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.
12. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
