Online promotion at Shopee by using KTC VISA Credit Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Shopee on January 1st, 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The cardmembers who shop with KTC VISA credit card according to specified conditions via Shopee Mobile Application, cardmembers will get the following discounts: 
   - Get discount 400 Baht when spend at a minimum of 3,000 Baht / transaction. Fill in promo code “11SPKTCVH”  
   - Get discount 200 Baht when spend at a minimum of 1,200 Baht / transaction. Fill in promo code “11SPKTCV”  
3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only. 
4. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code usage / 1 Shopee member / code. 
5. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. 
6. Applicable to all categories except Digital products, Ticket & Voucher, Baby powdered milk formula 1&2, Gold Bar, Gold Plate, Gold Rings, Gold Necklaces, Gold Earrings, Gold Bangles, Diamond Rings, Diamond Necklaces, Diamond Earrings, Diamond Bangles, and legally controlled goods. 
7. This voucher is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service (Cannot be used with Seller Own Fleet, Bulky Delivery, Instant Delivery)  
8. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount before discounts from Shopee coins and delivery fee. 
9. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
