Shop at Apple Flagship Store online with KTC MASTERCARD via Shopee App

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC MASTERCARD cards (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Shopee App during August 3rd, 2023 – October 31st, 2023 (“promotion period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only. 
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA, KTC JCB, KTC UNIONPAY. 
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at Apple Flagship Store (https://shopee.co.th/apple_flagshipstore) via Shopee Mobile App with KTC MASTERCARD will get 1,500 Baht discount when spend at a minimum spending of 20,000 Baht / transaction. Fill in specific promo code. 
4. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the KTC MASTERCARD card only.

6. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code usage / 1 Shopee member / month. 
7. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign. 
8. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount before discounts from Shopee coins and delivery fee. 
9. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
