Terms and Conditions

This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privilege to KTC new primary credit card members (“cardmembers”) who have never been member’s of any card types or have cancelled KTC credit card (“a card/cardsmore than 12 months and get card approved during 1 Jun 19 - 31 Aug 19 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE PLATINUMMASTERCARD, KTC SME VISA COMMERCIAL, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
The cardmembers who want to get cash back under this promotion are required to redeem the coupon at “e-Coupon” menu on KTC Mobile app within 3 billing cycles from the day your KTC credit card has got approval. For the calculation of spending amount with KTC credit card in order to get cash back, KTC will calculate based on the amount from at least 5 transactions /billing cycle (with no limit of minimum spending) for 3 billing cycles from the day the cardmembers register to participate in this promotion in the 1st billing cycle until the 3rd cycle. In the case that the 1st billing cycle starts and ends in less than 30 days and the cardmembers have number of spending with the card less than 5 times, the cardmembers will get cash back for 1 more billing cycle.
The calculation of of spending transaction with KTC credit cards per billing cycle will be in accordance with the Posting Date.
In the case that cardmembers enjoy Installment plan with KTC, KTC will calculate the monthly balance into times of spending in order to get the privilege under this promotion.
KTC reserves the right to exclude every LTF/RMF fund (MCC6211), cash advance, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
KTC reserves the right to offer 5% credit cash back under this promotion from the calculation of accumulated spending amount not more than 5,000/billing cycle ( up to 250 Baht cash back/billing cycle)
KTC will credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after the billing date of each billing cycle. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that uses to calculate for cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, will automatically get regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’ credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the promotional campaign of X2 Eat – Shop – Travel and X 2 spending in foreign currency.
The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.
The privilege under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke, or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to get the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacture, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
