Special privilege for KTC UNIONPAY cardmembers when scan QR to pay

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC UNIONPAY credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who scan to pay through KTC Mobile application at participating stores during October 01, 2023 – December 31, 2023 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves right only for the Cardmembers who scan to pay with QR via the KTC Mobile application for 3 or more transactions/month at participating stores in Thailand during the Promotion Period.
3. If Cardmembers have cancelled any participating card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
4. KTC will calculate the spending amount for cash back offering hereunder on monthly basis.
5. Cash back offering hereunder is up to 150 Baht per month per credit card throughout the Promotion Period.
6. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
7. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash withdrawal, purchase of all types of funds, payment of unit linked insurance premium, installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all for the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this Promotion.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
