e-Coupon Cashback Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC VISA credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have registered on the KTC Mobile app and have made transactions with KTC VISA credit card (“card”) between May 19, 2020 to Jul 15, 2020 (“promotional period”) according to specified conditions only. Except KTC VISA CORPORATE card, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL , KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC – SCG VISA PURCHASING card cannot be applied to this promotion.
2. KTC reserves the right to give e-Coupon credit cash back under this promotion to cardmembers who make contactless transactions worth 1,000 Baht or more per sales slip with KTC VISA credit cards within the promotion period. Cardmembers will receive e-Coupon in order to get cash back and the cash back value is in accordance with the order of transaction with KTC VISA credit card that appears in the system set by KTC in each round (200 coupons/round). When the transaction with KTC credit card appears in and fulfills the system’s 200th coupons, the system will reset its round. For instance, the 4th order receives 10 Baht in cash back, the 36th order receives 50 Baht in cash back or the 68th order receives 100 Baht in cash back.

3. KTC will retrieve the order of contactless transaction (NFC and MST) that KTC credit cardmembers have made valued at 1,000 Baht or more per sales slip. For the foreign currencies, the values KTC will retrieve are balances made before calculation of risk from foreign currency conversion which occurs within 00.00 A.M.- 11.59 P.M. of everyday during the promotion period based on the time in Thailand and KTC database as final.
4. KTC will deliver e-Coupon cash back to cardmembers who are eligible according to the conditions under this promotion via KTC Mobile app within the same day that cardmembers have made qualifying transactions according to specified conditions. Cardmembers must press accept e-Coupon cash back to receive credit cash back in their credit card accounts within 15 days after the end of campaign period. If cardmembers do not press accept within the mentioned day, KTC reserves the right to cancel the mentioned e-Coupon without prior notice.
5. After cardmembers have pressed accept e-Coupon cash back according to specified conditions, KTC will credit cash back in their credit card accounts within the next day after pressing accept. Cardmembers must press accept before 11.00 P.M. In case of cardmembers press accept the e-Coupon after 11.00 P.M., cardmembers will receive credit cash back within the next two days based on the time in Thailand and KTC database as final.
6. In the case that cardmembers register for the KTC Mobile application after the date and time of spending via the card. KTC reserves the right to not deliver the previous cash back e-Coupon.
7. To receive e-Coupon cash back under this promotion are only given to members who have made spending amounts of 1,000 Baht or more per sales slip with KTC VISA credit card. Cannot separate sales slip.
8. KTC reserves the right to only include regular payments of products and services and installment payments of products and services with KTC credit cards in the computation of spending balances to provide special privileges in this promotion. KTC will only use the full amount before installment payments and excluding transactions including cash withdrawals, all LTF/RMF unit investment trust fund payments, interest rates, credit usage fees, calculation of risk from foreign currency conversion fees, and other fees from product/service purchase cancellation or all cash backs from refunds, and pre-authorized transaction and MCC 7995 (casino) in the computation process to provide cardmembers special privileges in this promotion.
9. Privileges under this promotion campaign may not be used in conjunction with other sales promotions, and may not be exchanged, given as cash or new e-Coupon cash back, or transferred to another individual.
10. KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges under this promotion to cardmembers with normal account status and who have no record of default or overdue payments throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
11. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke, or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled or refunded after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
12. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacture, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
13. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods or services.
14. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
