1. Payment must be made with JCB card.   
2. Privileges for all JCB cards, except cards issued in China. Russia, Myanmar and Japan.
3. Limited to 1 credit cash back per card number throughout the promotion period.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or service, except where specifically permitted by JCB or the merchant.   
5. This privilege cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
6. Details of promotions and participating products are subject to change.
7. Please check with the merchant who uses the service.
8. Participating merchants may change or cancel this offer if it is necessary or for reasons beyond the control of the merchant.
9. Some products and services may not be eligible for this promotion.
10. Terms and conditions are as specified by JCB and the merchant.
11. Card members can participate in the promotion without registration.
12. Privilege to receive credit cash back will be counted based on the date of spending. However, in the event of a delay in the processing of the transaction. Due to reasons beyond the Company's control, the Company does not receive the information within the specified processing period, and the Company will not receive a cash refund.
13. Cashback will be credited after the end of the promotion period. The credit cash back period is within 60 days.
14. Only spending paid in JPY is eligible for a refund.   
15. Cash back credits will be awarded in whole and decimal amounts up to two digits.
16. Cardmembers are not eligible for cashback. In the following cases:
    • The list of goods or services has changed. abrogate or if it is considered fraudulent use.
    • The card is cancelled or the account status is unusable within the date of receiving the cash back.
    • The status of the card membership is invalid at the time of receipt of the credit cash back.
    • The credit card number has been changed due to card renewal or reissuance prior to the cashback date.
    • Cardmembers are unable to pay through the card within the promotion period due to system failure or other reasons.
    • Third-party payments are available instead of directly at participating stores.
17. JCB International Co., Ltd. The cardmembers will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of participating in this promotion.
18. JCB International Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for any conflicts arising from this cash back promotion.
19. In the event that the cardmember violates the terms and conditions or causes damage to JCB International Co., Ltd. or a third party by fraud or illegal acts due to participation in this promotion. JCB International Co., Ltd. may suspend or cancel any special offer or other transaction by forfeiting all accumulated special offers up to the time of retroactive cancellation.
20. The duration of the privilege and the content specified in relation to this privilege are based on the circumstances at the time this privilege is in effect and are subject to change due to necessity beyond the control of the Company.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
