Terms and Conditions for 5% credit cash back

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC JCB PLATINUM credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC JCB PLATINUM credit card (“a card/cards”) during January 16, 2020 – April 30, 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer 5% credit cashback under this promotion to the cardmembers who spend with the card in JPY currency at participating merchants in Japan. For the calculation of spending amount in order to receive a credit cashback, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount in THB currency after the calculation of the risk of the exchange rate on the Posting Date. The exchange rate is based on JCB exchange rate.    
3. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cashback under this promotion only up to THB 200 per sales slip (maximum of THB 4,000 spending amount/sales slip).       
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount made under cash advance, all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), Installment Payment with KTC Card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refund from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other types of refund from the calculation of privileges offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.
5. KTC will credit a credit cashback into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of each month.
6. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
