Special privilege for KTC JCB cardmembers at EDION

1. The right to receive cash back will be calculated from the accumulated spending incurred within the specified period divided into 3 periods as follows:
   [1] September 1, 2023 – October 31, 2023 (Get cashback credit up to 2,000Y)
   [2] November 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023 (Get cashback credit up to 2,000Y)
   [3] January 1, 2024 – February 29, 2024 (Get cashback credit up to 2,000Y)
2. The total amount will be reset when the cumulative period of qualifying purchases for cashback has expired.
3. The maximum amount of cash back is 2,000 yen per cardmember for the cumulative period of purchases eligible for cash back.

5. A JCB primary and supplementary card must be used for payment.
6. JCB cards issued in Russia, Myanmar, Mongolia and Japan are not eligible.
7. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or service, except as specifically permitted by JCB International Co., Ltd. or the store.
8. The right to receive this offer may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

11. Transactions eligible for the promotion will be counted based on the date the card was used. However, transactions that take a long time to process sales and for which sales information is not received within a certain time period may not be counted.

13. Only transactions settled in JPY are eligible for cash back.
14. Amounts less than the significant digits of the currency in question will be rounded down.
15. Cash back may not be available in the following cases
    • If the transaction for goods or services has been amended, cancelled, or refunded, or if it is deemed to be fraudulent.
    • If you cancel your card or fail to set up an account by the cashback date
    • If the card number is changed due to a card swap or reissue before the cashback date
    • If your membership is no longer valid at the time of cashback
    • If payment cannot be processed during the promotion period due to system failure, etc.
    • If payment is made through a third party institution instead of directly at the participating merchant.

18. In the event that a user violates these Terms and Conditions or causes damage to JCB International Co., Ltd. or a third party through fraudulent or illegal acts in connection with this or her participation in this promotion, JCB International Co., Ltd. may suspend or cancel the special offer or other sales transactions, in which case all conditions for granting privileges accumulated up to the time of cancellation shall expire retroactively.

4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
