1. This privilege is for JCB credit card issued in Thailand only.
2. This privilege applies only to purchases made at stores in Japan. It does not apply to website purchases, air ticket purchases, or ordering services using mobile phones and other devices.
3. Reserves the right to spend with credit cards in Japanese yen only.
4. This special privilege only applies to store merchants that have storefronts and does not include all types of online programs transaction
5. This privilege is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for anything else.

7. Participating merchants may change or cancel this offer if necessary or for reasons beyond their control.    
8. The exchange rate at the time of spending and the exchange rate at the time of receipt of cash back may be different.
9. Cashback privileges will be counted according to the spending date. However, in the event of a delay in processing the transaction, the transaction will be delayed. For reasons that are beyond the Company's control and cause the Company to not receive the data within the specified processing period, no credit will be refunded.
10. Cashback will be received within 60 days after the end of the promotion period.
11. Cashback will be given in whole and decimal amounts, not exceeding two digits.
12. We reserve the right not to give credit cash back. In the following cases:
    (1) If the transaction of goods or services changes, abrogate refund or if it is considered fraudulent use.
    (2) If the card is cancelled or the account status is not valid within the date of receiving the cash back.
    (3) In the event that the status of Card membership is incorrect at the time of receiving the cash back credit.
    (4) When the credit card number is changed due to card renewal or card reissue before the date of sending the cash back.
    (5) When payment cannot be made within the campaign period due to system failure or other reasons.
    (6) When paying through a third party instead of directly at a participating store.
13. JCB International Co., Ltd. It is not responsible for any conflicts arising from this cashback promotion.
14. The duration of the rights and contents relating to this privilege is based on the circumstances at the time this privilege becomes effective and is subject to change due to necessity beyond the Company's control.              
15. Please note that JCB International Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred to Cardmembers as a result of participating in this promotion.
16. In the event that the Cardmember violates the terms and conditions or damages JCB International Co., Ltd. or a third party by fraud or illegal acts as a result of participating in this promotion. JCB International Co., Ltd. may suspend or cancel privileges or other transactions, forfeiting all privileges accumulated up to the time of retroactive cancellation.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
