Special privilege for KTC JCB cardmembers at Keisei Skyliner

1. Discounts and cashback are reserved only for purchases made at the Keisei Railway Ticket Counter participating Keisei Skyliner only
2. This privilege is for all types of JCB credit card holders, except those issued in Russia, Myanmar and Japan
3. Cash back in the promotion is limited to a maximum of 460 yen / card number, calculated based on a minimum spending of 2,300 yen or more / sales slip incurred within each specified period, divided into 3 periods as follows

   - [2] 1 May 2024 - 30 June 2024
   - [3] 1 July 2024 - 31 August 2024
4. The accumulated spending and cashback eligibility will be recounted. At the end of the specified period in each period.
5. This special offer cannot be used with other promotions or discounts (unless specifically authorized by JCB or merchants).
6. This offer cannot be transferred to any other party or exchanged for cash.
7. Participating details and promotions are subject to change. Please check at the ticket counter before using the service.
8. This special offer can be obtained without registration.
9. Eligibility for cashback will be counted according to the transaction date. However, cashback may not be eligible in the event of delayed processing. For reasons beyond the Company's control, the Company did not receive the information within the specified processing period.
10. Cardholders will receive cash back within 60 days after each specified period expires.
11. Amounts less than the significant number of the currency will be rounded down.
12. Reserved for credit card spending in JPY.
13. The company reserves the right not to grant cash back in the following cases:
    - If the list of goods or services changes abrogate refund or if it constitutes fraudulent use.
    - If the card is cancelled or the account is not set up correctly by the date of receiving the cashback.
    - When the card number changes due to card replacement or issuance of a new card before the date of receiving the cash back.
    - When the card membership status is invalid at the time of receiving the cash back.
    - When payment cannot be made during the promotion period.
    - When paying through a third party instead of directly at a participating ticket counter.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
