Special privilege for KTC JCB cardmembers at ABC Mart

1. Some merchant transactions may not be eligible for cash back.
   Only stores with ABC MART store names are eligible. Please check for applicable stores here (applicable stores ผูกกับลิ้งค์https://www.specialoffers.jcb/th/Eligible%20Stores_ABC-MART%20promotion.pdf) (branded outlets, ACE Shoes and Billy's ENT are not eligible).
2. A JCB card must be used for payment.
3. JCB cards issued in Russia, Myanmar, Mongolia and Japan are not eligible.
4. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or service.
5. A JCB primary and supplementary card must be used for payment.
6. The right to receive this privilege may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
7. The campaign may also be terminated without prior notice, for example, when the cash back budget limit is reached.
8. Registration is not required for participation in the campaign.
9. Transaction eligible for the campaign will be counted based on the date of use. However, transactions that take a long time to process sales and for which sales information does not arrive within a certain period of time may not be counted.
10. Cash back will be paid within 60 days.
11. Only transactions settled in JPY are eligible for cash back.
12. Amounts less than the significant digits of the currency in question will be rounded down.
13. Cash back may not be made in the following cases
    • If the transaction of goods or services has been changed, cancelled, or refunded, or if it is deemed as fraudulent use
    • If you cancel your card or do not set up an account by the cash back date.
    • When the card number has been changed due to card changeover or reissue before the cash back date.
    • In case your membership is invalid at the time of cashback.
    • When payment cannot be processed during the campaign period due to system failure, etc.
    • When the payment is made through a third-party institution instead of directly at the participating merchant.
14. Please note that JCB International Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by customers as a result of using this campaign.
15. Please note that JCB International Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any conflicts caused by this cashback campaign.
16. In the event that a user violates these Terms and Conditions or causes damage to JCB International Co., Ltd. or a third party through fraudulent or illegal acts in connection with the use of this campaign, JCB International Co., Ltd. may suspend or cancel the preferential privileges or other sales transactions, in which case all conditions for granting privileges accumulated up to the time of cancellation shall be retroactively forfeited.
17. The campaign period indicated here is the period for which the campaign is scheduled to be implemented at the time of the information release. This campaign may continue after the above period.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
