Get Japan or Singapore Tour Package Prizes Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC MASTERCARD credit cardmembers only (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) in foreign currencies between October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES CARD cardmembers to join this promotion.
3. KTC reserves the right to exclude transactions including cash withdrawals, all LTF/RMF unit investment trust fund payments (MCC 6211), KTC installment payments with KTC credit cards via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest rates, credit usage fees, and other fees from product/service purchase cancellation or all cash backs from refunds in the computation process to provide cardmembers special privileges in this promotion.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude balances from product/service purchase cancellation or all cash backs from refunds in the computation process to provide cardmembers special privileges in this promotion
5. Prizes for this promotion include three Japan tour packages each valued at 994,290 Baht and three Singapore tour packages each valued at 225,975 Baht. Grand total prizes are valued at 1,220,265 Baht. Prizes are not inclusive of flight ticket reservation fees, oil tax, airport tax and/or other related fees which must be covered by Top Spender members.
6. Prizes detail for this promotion include
   Japan Priceless Experience: 4 days 3 nights Japan tour package comprising of three night accommodation vouchers for the Ambassador Suite at Gajoen hotel with breakfast for two persons, two Bangkok - Japan economy class round-trip flight tickets (via Singapore Airlines), Art Tours with a personal tour guide at Hyakudan Kaidan, a special experience with tea ceremonies and dine at Tofu-Tei. Each prize is valued at 331,430 Baht. There are three prizes and total prizes are valued at 994,290 Baht.
   Singapore Package: 3 days 2 nights Singapore tour package comprising of two night accommodation vouchers at Resorts World Sentosa hotel with breakfast for two persons, two Bangkok - Singapore economy class round-trip flight tickets (via Singapore Airlines), and exclusive VIP experience at Universal Studios Singapore and dine at Ocean Restaurant. Each prize is valued at 75,325 Baht. There are three prizes and total prizes are valued at 225,975 Baht.
   Grand total prizes are valued at 1,220,265 Baht. (Travel dates are between February 2020 to July 2020)
7. At the end of the promotion period, KTC will select cardmembers who are the 3 Top Spenders using KTC MASTERCARD credit cards during the promotion and Top Spenders of each month. KTC reserves the right to give one prize per cardmember only. Cardmembers may not receive duplicate prizes under any circumstances. KTC will give prizes to overall Top Spender cardmembers first, followed by Top Spenders of each month. KTC will announce the name list on the website www.ktc.co.th within January 31, 2020 and will contact awarded cardmembers to inform details and terms and conditions to receive prizes via phone numbers which cardmembers have provided to KTC within 15 days from the day of the announcement. Awarded cardmembers are required to contact KTC to receive prizes under the specified terms and conditions within the determined period only, otherwise KTC will consider that cardmembers have disclaimed the prize.
8. KTC reserves the right to only give prizes to cardmembers whose first names and surnames shown on his/her identification cards or passports are consistent with the names shown on his/her credit cards.
9. KTC reserves the right to give only up to 1 prize per {1 credit card number per member} throughout the promotion period.
10. In the case where there are more than one Top Spender, KTC reserves the right to give the prize to the cardmember who [has a good record of payment and higher frequency of continuous spending with KTC credit card / makes a payment for goods/services using KTC credit cards in this promotion first]. KTC’s decision is final. If the highest overall Top Spender is disqualified to receive the prize in accordance with specified conditions, KTC reserves the right to give the prize to the next Top Spender.
11. Winner who receive prizes shall acknowledge and shall pay any enforceable tax rate (if any) as determined by laws.
12. The participation of this promotion is considered to give his/her consent to participate in PR activities, to attend events or to take part in advertisement photo shootings as determined by KTC, as well as to allow KTC to take photographs and use images and names winners to share on the newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relations purposes. 13. KTC reserves the right to select only transaction that has posting date from 1 Oct 19 to 15 Jan 20

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
