- This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to KTC JCB PLATINUM cardmembers (“Cardmerbers”) who spend with KTC JCB PLATINUM, credit card during November 19, 2018 – May 31, 2019 (“Promotional Period”) under the determined terms and conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to offer cash back credit only transactions that are made a purchase in foreign currency at participating merchants. The transaction which KTC calculates for cash back credit will be the transaction after KTC calculates the risk of the exchange rate at the Posting Date. Such exchange rate will be referred from JCB.
- KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion only up to 300 Baht per sales slip per card (maximum of 6,000 Baht spending/sales slip/card only).
- KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount made under all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), Installment Payment Transaction via phone, interest, credit limit adjustment fee, fine and any other fees and charges, including refunds from purchase cancellation and any other types of refund, including the tax refund, from the calculation of discount granting to the cardmembers under this promotion.
- Cash back credit calculated will be transferred to cardmember’s account within 60 days after the end of each month. Except the spending during November 19, 2018 - November 30,2018 which will calculated and transferred to cardmember’s account within 60 days after the end of December 2018.
- The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
Terms and Conditions
- The privilege under this promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged into cash, nor may it be transferred to any third party.
- KTC reserves the right to offer privilege under this program to cardmembers who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the privilege is granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any privileges granted to the cardmembers under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, and for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC duty granted privilege under this promotion to the cardmembers.
- KTC is not a products seller/service provider and therefore assumes no responsibilities in respect of any products/services. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact each product seller/service provider directly.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
- KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
