Royal Caribbean Cruises Promotion : Get up to 10% discount on cruise booking minimum 3 night for KTC MASTERCARD credit card and KTC PROUD MASTERCARD cash card

1. Full Payment required: The full payment for the cruise fare must be made using any Mastercard card issued in the Territory. Full Payment shall mean all the amounts due to Merchant for a booking, including without limitation, cruise fare, all applicable taxes or other governmental or quasi-governmental fees, any applicable fuel surcharges, all other expenses incurred for additional services.
2. Minimum stay: 3 nights or longer.
3. Eligible vessels and departure port: The discount is only available for selected vessels with initial port departure as follows:
   • Ovation of the Seas, sailing from Singapore, Tian Jin, Hong Kong and Tokyo
4. Promotion Period: 01 February 2025 to 31 May 2025.
5. Sailing Window: Subject to the Blackout Dates and availability at the time of booking, only the following departure dates shall be eligible for the discount:
   • Ovation of the Seas sailings departing between 16 April 2025 to 6 May 2025, and 9 Oct 2025 to 12 March 2026
6. Booking Window: Only valid on new bookings made and confirmed between 01 February 2024 to 31 May 2025.
7. Territory: This benefit is only valid for Mastercard cards issued in the following countries (the “Territory”):
   a. North Asia: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan
   b. South Asia: India, Sri Lanka
   c. Southeast Asia: Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
8. Blackout Dates: This is where the Sailing Window is not available for the discount and includes the following dates:
   • Ovation of the Seas: 24 December 2025 and any chartered sailings
9. The discount is combinable with Kids Sail Free, Flash Sales, Crown and Anchor Society (CAS) and brand offer.
10. Booking Channels: The booking must be made through any of the following channels: Royal Caribbean’s Call Centre, SGP Direct Retail & Corporate, and bookings through Merchant’s website. All IRs, PSRs, selected travel agencies (as shown in Annex A).
11. This Promotion is not available for Group Bookings (as defined under the Merchant’s policies).

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
