Special privilege for KTC UNIONPAY cardmembers at offline stores in People’s Republic of China, Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC UNIONPAY credit card and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1st  January 2026 – 30th  April 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. This Promotion is reserved for Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores in People’s Republic of China, Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore in foreign currencies during Promotion Period
3. This Promotion exclude online transactions and transactions made through third-party e-wallets such as Alipay and WeChat Pay are not eligible for spending in China in CNY currency.
4. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers can register successfully by sending SMS, text UPO, <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/upieastasia before or within the date that the transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
5. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
6. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to participate in this Promotion.
8. KTC will calculate the spending amount for cash back offering after the end of Promotion Period. The spending calculation will start from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of Promotion Period.
9. Cash back offering hereunder is up to 1,000 Baht per 1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
10. Transactions such as cash advances, investment fund purchases of any kind, Unit-Linked insurance premiums (MCC 6211), KTC installment payments via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, penalties, fees, refunds, or credits from canceled purchases will not be considered for reward eligibility.
11. KTC will calculate a credit cash back from all spending in People’s Republic of China, Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan in foreign currencies on posting date and will credit cash back into Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the end of this Promotion Period.         
12. Cardmembers who spend in People’s Republic of China, will not receive any KTC FOREVER points.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
