Payless when shop online in foreign currencies with KTC credit card

Cash Back Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card PCL. or KTC to offer the privileges to all KTC credit cardmembers, both primary and supplementary cards except KTC VISA CORPORATE card, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE card, KTC – SCG VISA PURCHASING and KTC CASH BACK (“a cardmember/cardmembers”), who spend with those credit card (“a card/cards”) and register to join this promotion during 4 June 2020 – 30 September 2020 according to specified conditions only.
2. Online spending (for this promotion) mean any online spending via applications or registered websites in overseas, not including spending via Paypal or Airpay. Spending in foreign currencies via applications or registered websites in Thailand are exclude.
3. KTC reserves the right to exclude online spending with KTC VISA / MASTERCARD credit cards at registered merchants in 31 countries in the European Economic Area (EEA); 1) Austria, 2) Belgium, 3) Bulgaria, 4) Croatia, 5) Czech Republic, 6) Cyprus, 7) Denmark, 8) Estonia, 9) Finland (including Aland Islands), 10) France (including French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Saint Martin (French Part), and Mayotte), 11) Germany, 12) Greece, 13) Hungary, 14) Ireland, 15) Italy, 16) Latvia, 17) Lithuania, 18) Luxembourg, 19) Malta, 20) Netherlands, 21) Poland, 22) Portugal (including Azores and Madeira), 23) Romania, 24) Slovakia, 25) Slovenia, 26) Spain (including Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), 27) Sweden, 28) United Kingdom (including Gibraltar), 29) Iceland, 30) Liechtenstein, 31) Norway (including Svalbard and Jan Mayen)
4. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers for online spending in foreign currencies only during the promotion period from registered date onwards and will offer credit cash back according to each registered credit card only. The registered cardmembers will receive 1% cash back credit of all spending when a total of transaction throughout the promotion period in foreign currency is not exceeding 1,499,999 Baht, or 1.5% cash back credit of all spending when a total of transaction throughout the promotion period is at 1,500,000 Baht upward. The card that had been completely registered for the Overseas Spending 2020 campaign during 1 February 20 – 31 May 20, is automatically eligible for this privilege.
5. KTC reserves the right not to give KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points including 3x points program of year 2020 cards’ benefit for all online spending in foreign currencies that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers will receive KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points in to cardmembers’ account first and such points will be deducted from cardmembers’ account when credit cash back is credited to their accounts. In the event that KTC cannot deduct KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points from cardmembers’ account, KTC reserves the right not to credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
6. KTC reserves the rights to exclude the following transactions from the calculation of credit cash back offering to the cardmembers under this promotion: cash advance, Installment payment with KTC Card, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refund from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other type of refund.
7. KTC will calculate a credit cash back from all online spending in foreign currencies on posting date and will credit a credit cash back into cardmembers’ account within 60 days after the end of this promotion period.

1. The privilege under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to points or cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the credit cash back under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall credit cash back under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC offers credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
