Terms and conditions for receiving credit cash back

1. This promotional program (“this program”) is created by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide benefits to KTC MASTERCARD credit card members (“members”) who spend with the card in foreign currency at overseas stores during the period 1 November 2023 – 31 January 2024 (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. Members must register by sending an SMS message, typing MCI , space the 16- digit credit card number to 0613845000 ( SMS and network service fees ) or register via the website. www.ktc.co.th/ mc-xb event time program Members must receive a confirmation message from KTC to participate in this program.
3. Reserves the right to pay in full amount at the overseas stores only. Spending via online channels does not participate in this promotion.
4. Except for giving credit cash back for spending via the cards. At stores in 31 countries in the European Economic Area and in the People's Republic of China.
5. Limited to receiving credit cash back according to this program. Maximum not more than 5,000 baht per 1 card number only throughout the program period.
6. KTC will credit the cash back to the card account of members within 60 days from the end of the program period.
7. In the case that members register to participate in the program more than 1 time, KTC will honor the first successful registration only.
8. In the case of members registering to participate in the program with more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card. To calculate the cash back credit into the card account.
9. In the case of membership card cancellation participating in the program For any reason KTC will consider that the member has waived the right to participate in this program.

General terms and conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
