Terms and conditions for receiving credit cash back

1. This promotional program (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA INFINITE, KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS VISA INFINITE, KTC - KTB PRECIOUS PLUS VISA INFINITE, KTC - FICO VISA INFINITE, KTC X VISA SIGNATURE, KTC X - BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE, KTC VISA SIGNATURE, KTC - BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE, KTC - VEJTHANI HOSPITAL VISA SIGNATURE, KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING, KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRECIOUS+, and KTC - KRUNGTHAI ICONIC credit card members (“members”) who spend with the card in foreign currency at overseas stores or online stores registered overseas  during the period 1 December 2024 – 31 March 2025 (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. Members must register by sending an SMS message, typing VIS , space the 16- digit credit card number to 0613845000 ( SMS and network service fees ) or register via the website. https://ktc.promo/visa-xb event time program Members must receive a confirmation message from KTC to participate in this program.
3. Except for giving credit cash back for spending via the cards. At stores in 31 countries in the European Economic Area and in the People's Republic of China.
4. Limited to receiving credit cash back according to this program. Maximum not more than 1,000 baht per 1 card number only throughout the program period.
5. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.
6. KTC will calculate the spending on the card by members throughout the promotion period and credit cash back to cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of promotion period .
7. In the case that members register to participate in the program more than 1 time, KTC will honor the first successful registration only.
8. In the case of members registering to participate in the program with more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card. To calculate the cash back credit into the card account.
9. In the case of membership card cancellation participating in the program For any reason KTC will consider that the member has waived the right to participate in this program.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
