Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating Pet Stores and Pet Hospitals during 1 November 2024 – 28 February 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text AML, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/aml , or by registering at KTC PHONE 02 123 5000 within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from all registered card and deduct KTC points of the first successful registered KTC Credit Card.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at every 500 Baht, will be eligible to redeem every 500 KTC Points for 15% cash back, spending calculated on calendar month basis as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. KTC cardmembers must have remaining KTC points in the participating Credit Card account on the day where the points calculation is conducted by KTC more than or equal to the accumulated points which are eligible to redeem for Cash Back in order to receive Cash Back under the promotion campaign
10. KTC cardmembers who wish to transfer KTC points from any other KTC Credit Cards to the registered KTC Credit Card to get cash back under the promotion campaign must complete such transfer within the last calendar day of each month during the promotional period (30 November 2024…, 28 February 2025).
11. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month (30 November 2024, …, 28 February 2025). In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month of Promotion period.

Terms and Conditions for Top Spender

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/ UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating Pet Stores and Pet Hospitals during 1 November 2024 – 28 February 2025  (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text PW2, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/pw2 , or by registering at KTC PHONE 02 123 5000 within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. Only the highest spending Cardmember which spend on card at participating Pet Stores and Pet Hospitals under MCC 5995 and 0742 each week (16 weeks) during 1 November 2024 – 28 February 2025  (“Promotion Period”) at the minimum of 30,000 Baht,will be considered for the privilege offering hereunder.
5. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, purchase of all types of funds, payment of Unit Linked insurance premium, installment payment with KTC cards by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
6. Any refund from the cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.

8. KTC will announce the name list of weekly top spending Cardmember as specified by KTC at www.ktc.co.th/pet-topspender within 20 days after the end date of each week , and will contact them to inform the procedures and conditions for claiming their prize via phone number provided to KTC within 7 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the top spending Cardmembers must contact KTC together with the original sales slips to claim their prize in accordance with the conditions and within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for such prize.
9. The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per 1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
10. In the case that more than 1 Cardmember have equal accumulated spending amount, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to Cardmember who is the first person who made registration under this Promotion. In this regard, KTC’s discretion will be final.
11. If the eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to meet any requirement as specified in the terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to offer the prize to next top spending Cardmember in line.
12. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
13. The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
14. All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
15. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmember’s consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmember’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

Terms and Conditions for special Flat Rate

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who pay for the specified goods/services through card at participating Pet Stores and Pet Hospitals during 1 November 2024 – 28 February 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Cardmembers who wish to convert the purchased transaction to an interest rate of 0.74% per month (Flat Rate), with a choice of installment periods for 3-6-10 months. are required to register at KTC PHONE at 02 123 5000 on the purchased date only. The conversion of the Flat Rate into the equivalent Effective Rate is as follows :

4. The 0.74% interest Installment payment is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion and have a minimum amount of 3,000 Baht according to specified conditions only.  Allow to collect the purchase(s) on the same day that have purchased amount more than 500 Baht/purchase.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
