KTC FOREVER points for 15% cash back redemption terms and conditions
1.    Promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Bershka, Pull&Bear and Oysho during 20 June 2019 – 31 Aug 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and PROUD Loan.
2.    The cardmembers who want to participate in the cashback 15% promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type BPO, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, one-time registration per one credit card number throughout the promotion within the first spending date during the promotion. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
3.    KTC Points redemption for products under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. And the rest of payment need to pay with the same card as the registered for this promotion.
4.    KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
5.    KTC reserves the right to exclude the spending amount under cash advance, all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refund from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other type of refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.
6.    For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day.
7.    KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of promotion period (31 August 2019). 
8.    The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
9.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers  with normal account  status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance  with KTC’s existing record.
10.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages  (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
11.    KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
