#UnlimitedBlissful at CLUB 21 with KTC credit cards

6% Cash Back when spending Terms and Conditions 
1.    Promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) during 21 Jun 19 – 31 Jul 19 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. 
2.    KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and PROUD Loan.
3.    The cardmembers who want to participate in this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type CL2, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, one-time registration per one credit card number throughout the promotion within the first spending date during the promotion. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4.    KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers who spend with the card at the CLUB 21 stores with KTC Card transaction on every 10,000 Baht per sales slip during promotion period only. 
5.    For department store counter, cardmembers have to register SMS after purchasing by Type “CL3” space following by 16-digits credit card number following with #the amount in sales slip with no (,) and no (.) decimal point and Send to 0613845000 (THB 3/ 1 send). Example: if the cardmember spend 25,000.50 Baht, type CL3 1234567898765432#25000. You will get reply message of successful registration.
6.    If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only. 
7.    KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion at CLUB 21 stores every 10,000 Baht per sales slip throughout the promotion period.
8.    KTC reserves the right not to give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion at maximum 10,000 Baht. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
9.    For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount which can be divided by 10,000 into a full number only, at the rate of every 10,000 Baht of spending amount in order to receive 6% credit cash back which will be credited to each credit card account. 
10.    KTC reserves the right to give the prize to top spending cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card or Passport is consistent with the name shown on the card only.
11.    The exceed amount more than 10,000 Baht per cardmember throughout promotion period, the cardmember will receive normal points.
12.    In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims a credit cash back under this promotion.
13.    KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. 
14.    KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion only up to 600 Baht per cardmember throughout the promotion period (31 Jul 2019).
15.    KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after 31 July 2019. 
16.    For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed at the end of the promotion period.
17.    KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
18.    The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1.     The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4.    Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5.    KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6.    KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
