#UnlimitedBlissful at CPS Chaps with KTC credit cards

5% Cash Back when spending Terms and Conditions 
1.    Promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at CPS Chaps during 3 Jun 2019 – 31 Jul 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and PROUD Loan.
2.    The cardmembers who want to participate in this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type CH1, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, one-time registration per one credit card number throughout the promotion within the first spending date during the promotion. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
3.    KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers who spend with the card at the Pacifica stores with KTC Card transaction on every 3,000 Baht per sales slip during promotion period only. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion only up to 600 Baht per cardmember throughout the promotion period. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount which can be divided by 3,000 into a full number only, at the rate of every 3,000 Baht of spending amount in order to receive 5% credit cash back which will be credited to each credit card account. 
4.    KTC reserves the right not to give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion at maximum 12,000. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
5.    The exceed amount more than 12,000 Baht per cardmember throughout promotion period, the cardmember will receive normal points.
6.    In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims a credit cash back under this promotion.
7.    KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. KTC reserves the right to calculate spending amount with card in order to give the prize under this promotion from spending amount in full payment.
8.    The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

 

KTC FOREVER points for 12% cash back redemption terms and conditions
1.    Promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at CPS Chaps during 3 Jun 2019 – 31 Jul 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and PROUD Loan.
2.    The cardmembers who want to participate in the cashback 13% promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type CH2, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, one-time registration per one credit card number throughout the promotion within the first spending date during the promotion. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
3.    KTC Points redemption for products under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. And the rest of payment need to pay with the same card as the registered for this promotion.
4.    KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
5.    KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of promotion period (31 Jul 2019). 
6.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.

 

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
2.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
3.    KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
