Value Shopping at H&M with KTC credit card

Cash back up to 400 Baht Terms and Conditions promotion.

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at H&M all stores and Online during 15 Dec 23– 29 Feb 24 according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type HM1 space following by 16-digit credit card number # following by amount spent and send to 0613845000 (Service charges depend on the service provider.), or by registering at ktc.promo/hm_eos.  In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that has been done successfully for the first time of each credit card number only.
5. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers who spend with the card at the participating stores during promotion period only.

6. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount in order to receive credit cash back which will be credited to each credit card account.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
8. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
9. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.
10. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion only up to 400 Baht per 1 cardmember throughout the promotion period.
11. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after the end of promotion period. (29 Feb 24)
12. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmember’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.

Cash back with point 130 Baht Term and Conditions promotion.

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 15 Dec 23 – 29 Feb 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text HMJ <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number and # followed by amount spent per sales slip send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at ktc.promo/hmj within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately. (Depending on mechanic of the promotion)
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at every 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem every 1,000 KTC Points for cash back 130 Baht as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. (use this clause only when the promotion mechanic use spending amount for calculation of point redemption)
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of month (31 Dec 23, 31 Jan 24 and 29 Feb 24).
11. No limited of point redemption and no limited of credit cash back

General Terms and Conditions Promotion.

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
