Shop at Kyra with KTC credit cards

1. This promotion is invented by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to give privilege of Cash Back to all KTC cardmembers with KTC FOREVER points only. It excludes cardmembers of all KTC CASH BACK, KTC- Nation Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC- SCG VISA PURCHASING and KTC credit card for government agencies.
2. Cardmembers who want to get Cash Back according to this promotion have to register for the right of participation by sending SMS type “ KR” space ,followed by 16 digits credit card number and send to 0613845000 (THB 3/ 1send) and cardmembers have to receive a reply message of confirmation from KTC before joining the promotion.
3. If any cardmember registers for participation more than 1 time, KTC will count only the first completed one. If any cardmember has more than 1 card under the same name, KTC will separately consider the spending card by card and will take only spending from the card registered to calculate for Cash Back into the credit card account registered. If cardmember cancels credit cards with any reason at all, KTC will consider that cardmember waive the right.
4. Cardmember with spending with KTC credit card in any branch of Kyra or www.kyramode.com (with minimum purchase of 1,000 THB / Sales slip (net price after discount)) between 1st February 2019  - 30th April 2019 can redeem Points equal to spending/ 1 sales slip for Cash Back according to condition defined.
5. Cardmembers can redeem Points as defined for Cash Back to pay for products/services/ 1 sales slip only.
6.We reserve the right of Cash Back for cardmembers with enough Points in credit card account for Cash Back according to condition defined in this promotion only.
7. We reserve the right NOT to calculate spending for Cash Advance, LTF/RMF payments, every fund (MCC 6211), all FLEXI by PHONE, interest, credit line usage fee, any fine and fee, cash back for products/services payment cancellation, and cash back from any kind of refund.
8. Calculation for Cash Back from spending with KTC credit cards in this promotion is according to spending starting from cardmember’s complete registration date only.
9. KTC will calculate spending with credit cards for Cash Back to cardmembers in this promotion and will transfer the Cash Back into credit card account of cardmembers within 60 days after 30th April 2019 with no limit.
10. Privilege according to this promotion cannot be exchanged or changed into cash or transferred to others.
11. We reserve the right to give privilege according to this promotion to only cardmembers with normal active account and no late payment record through the promotion period up until the date KTC deliver the privilege. We consider KTC information as final.
12. We reserve the right to give, cancel, or revoke the privilege according to this promotion, be it some or all. We can also claim for damage if we find participation with fraud in this promotion, for commercial purpose, against condition defined, or use credit card with wrong objective of consumption, or cardmember cancels the spending after KTC has delivered the privilege to cardmember.
13. KTC is neither distributor nor service provider and has no relation with products/services according to this promotion. Cardmembers who have complaint, request, or want receipt or tax bill, can directly contact the distributor and/or products/services provider.
14. We reserve the right to change or cancel details, condition, and/or any privilege. We can also change the Gift to equivalent value one without notice in advance. If there is a dispute, KTC’s decision is final.
