KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at rental shop in Participating shopping complex during 1 ่January 2024 - 31 December 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.   
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right to give credit cash back by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account in accordance with specified conditions only and for day to day of transaction only.
4. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by scanning QR Code in the website to redeem KTC Points for the privilege according to specified terms and conditions. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
5. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaim the privilege under this promotion.
6. In the case that spending amount per sales slip has Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for cash back under this promotion.
7. KTC Points redemption for cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
8. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive 12% credit cash back from spending amount/sales slip at the specified store only, KTC reserves the right to calculate based on order of transactions with the card. On the day which KTC calculates spending amount/sales slip and the number of KTC Points the cardmembers want to redeem 12% cash back, the cardmembers must have accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for the cash back in accordance with their registration at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/shopping/department-store-shopping-complex/9-partners-shopping-complex only so the cardmembers can use the KTC Points equal to spending amount/sales slip and be eligible to receive the cash back.
9. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
