Privilege for KTC UNIONPAY Credit Card at Big C

Discount Terms and Conditions
1.    KTC UNIONPAY credit cardholder must present the Big C u.plan e-Coupon code to Big C cashier before payment to enjoy the offers according to Terms & Conditions required. 
2.    Big C u.plan e-Coupon’s validity is subjected to the validity date stated on the coupon.
3.    The offer can be used one time only and must pay with all type of KTC UNIONPAY credit cards
4.    1 Big C u.plan e-Coupon can be redeemed once per receipt and non-refundable. Accumulate receipt is not allowed and coupon cannot be exchangeable for cash.
5.    Each UnionPay user ID can get up to 1 u.plan e-Coupon offer code per 1 device.
6.    The offer is valid at all Big C Supercenter outlets in Thailand.
7.    Limit to 18,000 Big C u.plan e-Coupons per campaign period and on first-come first-serve basis. 
8.    Offer cannot be used with other promotions.
9.    The discount coupon code cannot be applied to tobacco, liquor, energy drink or canned coffee, wholesale pack, infant milk powder, baby milk powder, gift voucher, top up service, bill payment, online ticket booking, sunglass deposit payment, tenant, Samsung pay, financial service, installment payment, and other excluded items.
10.    In case of return or refund is requested, a cardholder will only be refunded the actual price paid and redeemed u.plan e-Coupon cannot be reused or returned. 
11.    The final interpretation right of u.plan e-Coupons is reserved by Merchant and UPI who reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions
1.     The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4.    Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5.    KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6.    KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
