1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Central Department Store every branch and Zen@CentralWorld under MCC Code: 5311 in Thailand during 23 August 2019 – 1 September 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card only. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points to receive discount for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. In the case that spending amount per sales slip has Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion.
5. KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
6. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
7. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
8. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type CDS, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/CDSMidnightsale. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
9. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each cardmember only.
10. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
11. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaim the privilege under this promotion.
12. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
13. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day of successful registration to the last day of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.
14. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion only up to 1,200 Baht per 1 credit card number/ 1 cardmember/throughout promotion period.
15. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account according to the specified conditions within 60 days after the end of promotion period.
16. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’ credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
17. All the privileges under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services in the category of installment payment, the payment of goods at Tops Super, Tops Market, Power Buy, B2S, Home Work, Super Sports, gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages, drugs/medicines and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.
18. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
19. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
20. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
21. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
22. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
23. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
