1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Watch Fair 2019

2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion : all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card only. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points to receive discount for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. In the case that spending amount per sales slip has Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion.
5. KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
6. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
7. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
8. The 0% Installment payment with KTC Card plan is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
9. Installment amount for receiving complimentary voucher in department stores Is the installment payment after every type of discount By using complimentary voucher in department stores According to the conditions of the complimentary voucher and the excess amount from the use of complimentary voucher in department stores Must pay by KTC credit card
10. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
11. Goods/services that do not participate in 0% Installment payment with KTC Card plan can be participate in 0.80% Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online plan which has interest and credit line usage fee of 0.80% up to 10 months with minimum price of 3,000 Baht.
12. the privileges under this promotion does not cover the purchasing of complimentary voucher or top up card or every type of goods in rental area.
13. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
14. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
15. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
