Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating luxury brand stores within Luxe Galerie Zone, 1st floor at Central Chidlom Department Store during 1 Mar 25 - 31 Jul 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
Cardmembers must bring sales slips to show to the staff at the Customer service counter, 1st floor, Central Chidlom Department Store, In order to use points redeem for cash back according to program conditions.
If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
Cardmembers who spend on card, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Installment Payment

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and make payment of specific goods/services at participating luxury brand stores within Luxe Galerie zone, 1st floor at Central Chidlom Department Store during 1 Mar 25 – 31 Dec 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
Cardmembers can redeem the specific amount of KTC Points to be eligible to make installment payment for goods/service wtih the minimum of 5,000 Baht per sales slip with 0% interest according to the conditions set out below;

Redeem KTC Points at 20% of the price of goods/services for 3 months 0% Installment Payment.
Redeem KTC Points at 40% of the price of goods/services for 6 months 0% Installment Payment.
Redeem KTC Points at 50% of the price of goods/services for 10 months 0% Installment Payment.

KTC will not return any KTC points which have been redeemed hereunder if Cardmembers have paid for the outstanding installment amount before due date.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
